By installing or using the LEARN MORE Chrome extension ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.
1. Description of service
LEARN MORE is a free browser extension that extracts topic keywords from the web page you are viewing and provides one-click search links to Google, YouTube, and Wikipedia. All processing occurs locally in your browser.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for its intended purpose. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works based on the Extension.
3. No warranties
The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every website.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Extension, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
5. Third-party services
The Extension generates links to third-party services (Google, YouTube, Wikipedia). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
6. User conduct
You agree to use the Extension only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not use the Extension in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any third-party service.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Uninstallation
You may uninstall the Extension at any time through your browser's extension management page. Instructions are available on Google's support page.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
